Nature's Sunshine Products reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $117.0 million, up 2% from the prior-year period. Excluding foreign-exchange effects, the company said sales increased 4%.

Gross margin improved to 73.7% from 71.7%, while operating income rose to $5.5 million from $4.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $11.3 million, broadly unchanged year over year. The company ended the quarter with $82.5 million in cash and no debt.

Management reduced its full-year sales forecast to $490 million–$500 million from $500 million–$515 million. It also lowered its adjusted EBITDA outlook to $48 million–$52 million from $50 million–$54 million.

For MLMGlobe readers, the distinction between reported quarterly results and forward guidance matters: the first describes completed performance, while the second reflects management's expectations and can change. These figures should not be substituted for the company's full-year revenue in an annual global ranking.
