BeFra reported a 16.8% year-over-year increase in second-quarter 2026 net revenue, reflecting one month of Tupperware results after the Latin American operations were incorporated into the group.

Betterware generated MXN1.51 billion in quarterly net revenue, up 3.6%. The company said Betterware Mexico grew 3%, with double-digit growth across most regions partly offset by weaker performance in northern Mexico. Jafra revenue rose 4.5% to MXN2.20 billion, while Tupperware contributed MXN451.0 million for June.

Consolidated EBITDA increased 15% and represented 18.8% of revenue. BeFra updated its 2026 guidance to revenue growth of 18%–22% and an EBITDA margin of at least 19%, incorporating the acquisition.

Starting in this report, BeFra uses the term “Stencil” for the combined field organization of associates and distributors. Because that definition varies by brand, MLMGlobe will preserve the company's terminology rather than treat the figure as a universal distributor count.
