Mannatech appointed Robert Toth chairman of its board effective September 1, 2026, following the retirement of J. Stanley Fredrick. The transition was disclosed in a company filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Fredrick joined the board in 2001 and had served as chairman since 2009. The filing said his retirement was for personal reasons and did not result from a disagreement with the company.

Toth had been vice chairman since rejoining the board in December 2024. He previously served on Mannatech's board from 2008 through May 2023 and has more than 40 years of direct-selling experience. Earlier in his career, he was president of Avon International, with responsibility for operations across more than 120 countries.

The appointment changes board leadership rather than day-to-day executive management: Landen Fredrick remains Mannatech's president and chief executive officer. MLMGlobe classifies the development as an Industry Move and will not create a person profile until separate identity and biography evidence is reviewed.
